Xoá tài khoản & dữ liệu
Trang này hướng dẫn cách xoá tài khoản Chupo và toàn bộ dữ liệu liên quan.
Những gì sẽ bị xoá
- Tài khoản của bạn (tên, email, ảnh đại diện đăng nhập bằng Google).
- Toàn bộ ảnh bạn đã chụp/tải lên và ảnh đã được làm đẹp.
- Dữ liệu sử dụng: hạn mức ảnh theo tháng và trạng thái gói đăng ký lưu trong hệ thống của chúng tôi.
Việc xoá là vĩnh viễn và không thể khôi phục.
Cách xoá
Cách 1 — Trong ứng dụng (khuyến nghị): mở Chupo → Cài đặt → Hồ sơ → Xoá tài khoản → xác nhận. Dữ liệu của bạn được xoá ngay lập tức.
Cách 2 — Qua email: gửi yêu cầu từ email đã đăng nhập tới support@chupo.pics với tiêu đề "Xoá tài khoản". Chúng tôi sẽ xoá trong vòng 30 ngày.
Lưu ý về gói đăng ký
Xoá tài khoản KHÔNG tự huỷ gói đăng ký Google Play của bạn. Nếu đang là gói Pro, hãy tự huỷ trong Google Play → Gói đăng ký để tránh bị tính phí gia hạn.

Delete your account & data
This page explains how to delete your Chupo account and all associated data.
What gets deleted
- Your account (name, email, profile picture from Google sign-in).
- All photos you captured/uploaded and every beautified result.
- Usage data: your monthly photo quota and subscription-status records held in our systems.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to delete
Option 1 — In the app (recommended): open Chupo → Settings → Profile → Delete account → confirm. Your data is deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By email: from the email you signed in with, send a request to support@chupo.pics with the subject "Delete account". We will delete it within 30 days.
Note about subscriptions
Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. If you are on Pro, cancel it yourself in Google Play → Subscriptions to avoid being charged for renewal.
