Chupo ("chúng tôi") cung cấp ứng dụng di động giúp người bán tạo ảnh sản phẩm bằng AI. Chính sách này giải thích chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng, chia sẻ và bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn như thế nào, cùng các quyền của bạn — áp dụng cho người dùng tại Việt Nam, Liên minh Châu Âu/EEA/Anh, Hoa Kỳ và toàn cầu.

1. Bên kiểm soát dữ liệu & liên hệ

Chupo là bên kiểm soát dữ liệu đối với dữ liệu cá nhân xử lý qua ứng dụng. Mọi yêu cầu về quyền riêng tư: support@chupo.pics.

2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

  • Thông tin tài khoản: tên, email, ảnh đại diện — khi bạn đăng nhập bằng Google.
  • Ảnh của bạn: ảnh sản phẩm bạn chụp/tải lên để làm đẹp — gửi lên máy chủ (Cloudflare R2) và xử lý bằng AI.
  • Dữ liệu sử dụng & phân tích: thao tác trong ứng dụng, gắn với mã tài khoản (qua PostHog).
  • Nhật ký sự cố: thông tin lỗi/crash để chẩn đoán (qua Sentry).
  • Mã thông báo đẩy: nếu bạn bật thông báo.
  • Thông tin mua hàng: trạng thái gói đăng ký (qua RevenueCat và cửa hàng ứng dụng). Chúng tôi không nhận hay lưu thông tin thẻ của bạn.

3. Mục đích & căn cứ pháp lý (GDPR Điều 6)

  • Thực hiện hợp đồng: tạo tài khoản, xử lý ảnh, quản lý gói Free/Pro.
  • Lợi ích hợp pháp: cải thiện chất lượng, ổn định, bảo mật, chống gian lận.
  • Sự đồng ý: thông báo đẩy, phân tích không thiết yếu — bạn có thể rút lại bất cứ lúc nào.
  • Nghĩa vụ pháp lý: lưu giữ khi luật yêu cầu.

4. Chia sẻ với bên thứ ba (bên xử lý)

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân và không "chia sẻ" cho quảng cáo hành vi chéo. Chỉ chia sẻ với nhà cung cấp cần thiết: Google (đăng nhập, thanh toán), Google AI/Gemini (xử lý ảnh), Cloudflare (lưu trữ, hạ tầng), RevenueCat (đăng ký), PostHog, Sentry (phân tích, nhật ký sự cố). Có thể tiết lộ khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

5. Chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài

Dữ liệu có thể được xử lý/lưu trữ ngoài quốc gia bạn (gồm Hoa Kỳ và các nước khác). Với người dùng EU/EEA/Anh, khi chuyển ra ngoài khu vực, chúng tôi dựa trên cơ chế hợp pháp như Điều khoản Hợp đồng Chuẩn (SCC). Với người dùng Việt Nam, việc chuyển dữ liệu tuân theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.

6. Lưu trữ

Dữ liệu tài khoản: giữ đến khi bạn xoá tài khoản. Ảnh: giữ đến khi bạn xoá ảnh hoặc xoá tài khoản. Nhật ký sự cố/phân tích: lưu trong thời gian giới hạn rồi ẩn danh/xoá. Sau khi xoá tài khoản, chúng tôi xoá dữ liệu cá nhân liên quan trong thời gian hợp lý, trừ phần luật yêu cầu lưu giữ. Xem hướng dẫn xoá tài khoản tại chupo.pics/delete-account.

7. Quyền của bạn

Chung: truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xoá, rút lại đồng ý, phản đối/hạn chế xử lý, và nhận bản sao dữ liệu. Gửi yêu cầu tới support@chupo.pics; chúng tôi phản hồi trong thời hạn luật định.

  • EU/EEA/Anh (GDPR/UK GDPR): truy cập, sửa, xoá, hạn chế, di chuyển dữ liệu, phản đối, và khiếu nại lên cơ quan giám sát bảo vệ dữ liệu tại nước bạn.
  • Hoa Kỳ – California (CCPA/CPRA): quyền được biết, xoá, sửa, và từ chối "bán/chia sẻ" (chúng tôi không bán/chia sẻ), không bị phân biệt đối xử khi thực hiện quyền.
  • Việt Nam (Nghị định 13/2023): quyền được biết, đồng ý/rút đồng ý, truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xoá, hạn chế, phản đối và khiếu nại theo quy định.

8. Trẻ em

Chupo không dành cho trẻ dưới 16 tuổi (EU) / dưới 13 tuổi (Hoa Kỳ, theo COPPA) và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em. Nếu phát hiện, chúng tôi sẽ xoá.

9. Cookie & phân tích

Trang web chỉ dùng cookie/kỹ thuật tối thiểu cần thiết. Trong ứng dụng, phân tích (PostHog) gắn với mã tài khoản để cải thiện sản phẩm; bạn có thể yêu cầu ngừng qua email hỗ trợ.

10. Bảo mật

Dữ liệu được mã hoá khi truyền (TLS) và bảo vệ bằng kiểm soát truy cập. Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối, nhưng chúng tôi áp dụng biện pháp hợp lý.

11. Thay đổi & liên hệ

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách; bản mới đăng tại trang này kèm ngày hiệu lực. Liên hệ: support@chupo.pics.

Chupo ("we") provides a mobile app that helps sellers create product photos with AI. This policy explains what we collect, how we use, share and protect your personal data, and your rights — for users in Vietnam, the EU/EEA/UK, the United States and worldwide.

1. Data controller & contact

Chupo is the controller of the personal data processed through the app. For any privacy request: support@chupo.pics.

2. Data we collect

  • Account info: name, email, profile picture — when you sign in with Google.
  • Your photos: product photos you capture/upload to beautify — sent to our servers (Cloudflare R2) and processed by AI.
  • Usage & analytics: in-app actions, tied to your account id (via PostHog).
  • Crash logs: error/crash diagnostics (via Sentry).
  • Push token: if you enable notifications.
  • Purchase info: subscription status (via RevenueCat and the app store). We do not receive or store your card details.

3. Purposes & legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)

  • Performance of a contract: create your account, process photos, manage Free/Pro plans.
  • Legitimate interests: improve quality, stability, security, fraud prevention.
  • Consent: push notifications, non-essential analytics — withdrawable at any time.
  • Legal obligation: retention where required by law.

4. Sharing with third parties (processors)

We do not sell personal data and do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share only with providers needed to run Chupo: Google (sign-in, billing), Google AI/Gemini (photo processing), Cloudflare (storage, infrastructure), RevenueCat (subscriptions), PostHog, Sentry (analytics, crash logs). We may disclose where required by law.

5. International data transfers

Your data may be processed/stored outside your country (including the United States and others). For EU/EEA/UK users, transfers outside the region rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). For Vietnam users, transfers follow Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.

6. Retention

Account data: kept until you delete your account. Photos: kept until you delete them or your account. Crash/analytics logs: kept for a limited period then anonymized/deleted. 7. Your rights

Everyone: access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, object to/restrict processing, and receive a copy of your data. Send requests to support@chupo.pics; we respond within statutory timeframes.

  • EU/EEA/UK (GDPR/UK GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority.
  • US – California (CCPA/CPRA): right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale/sharing" (we do not sell/share), plus non-discrimination for exercising rights.
  • Vietnam (Decree 13/2023): rights to be informed, consent/withdraw consent, access, correct, delete, restrict, object, and complain.

8. Children

Chupo is not directed to children under 16 (EU) / under 13 (US, per COPPA) and we do not knowingly collect their data. If discovered, we will delete it.

9. Cookies & analytics

The website uses only minimal necessary cookies/technologies. In-app analytics (PostHog) are tied to your account id to improve the product; you may request to opt out via the support email.

10. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected by access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable measures.
